1. About Drift Bangladesh

Drift Bangladesh is an online retail business specializing in RC drift cars, accessories, and related products.

Product packaging, accessories, or appearance may occasionally differ from promotional images.

3. Product Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, Drift Bangladesh reserves the right to cancel the affected order and refund any payment already made by the customer.

4. Order Confirmation

Submitting an order through our website does not automatically guarantee acceptance of the order.

An order may be cancelled or rejected due to:

Product unavailability
Incorrect pricing or product information
Payment issues
Incorrect customer information
Delivery limitations
Suspected fraudulent activity
Other legitimate operational reasons

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, the applicable amount will be refunded according to our Refund Policy.

5. Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order, including:

Full name
Phone number
Delivery address
Email address, where applicable
Any other information required to complete the order

Drift Bangladesh is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional delivery charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

6. Pre-Orders

Products marked as Pre-Order are not necessarily available for immediate delivery.

The estimated delivery period for a Pre-Order product is generally 7–15 days.

International shipping, customs procedures, transportation delays, supplier delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect the estimated delivery time.

If we are unable to deliver a Pre-Order within the applicable promised timeline and the customer does not wish to wait, the customer may request cancellation and a refund of the applicable advance payment.

7. Payment

We may offer different payment methods depending on the product and order.

Customers agree to provide valid payment information and complete any required payment according to the instructions provided during checkout.

Orders may not be processed until the required payment has been successfully received or verified.

8. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates unless specifically stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by:

Courier delays
Weather
Transportation problems
Public holidays
Customs procedures
Incorrect addresses
Unreachable customers
Other circumstances beyond our control

Customers must cooperate with the courier to receive their orders.

9. Product Inspection on Delivery

Customers are strongly required to inspect the package and product in front of the delivery person/courier representative whenever possible.

If there is visible physical damage, missing components, or an obvious issue with the package, the customer should immediately notify the delivery representative and contact Drift Bangladesh.

For electronic products, customers are strongly encouraged to record a continuous unboxing video from the sealed package through the initial inspection.

10. Returns and Non-Receipt

If a customer refuses or fails to receive an order for reasons attributable to the customer, the customer may be responsible for applicable delivery and return charges.

Return eligibility is subject to our separate Delivery & Return Policy.

11. Warranty and Technical Support

Technical support and warranty coverage are subject to our separate Warranty Policy.

Technical issues and physical damage are treated differently. Damage caused by accidents, misuse, drops, water, unauthorized modifications, or other customer-related causes may not qualify for warranty support.

12. Prohibited Use

Customers must not use our website for:

Fraudulent transactions
False orders
Abuse of promotional offers
Unauthorized access
Attempting to disrupt website operations
Any unlawful activity

We reserve the right to cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, graphics, photographs, product descriptions, text, designs, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Drift Bangladesh unless otherwise stated.
